Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. Please note that we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

• You received a damaged item.
• You received an item that is different from the one you ordered.
• You received a different size than the size you ordered.

If your order meets one of the conditions above, please contact us by email within a reasonable time after receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide further instructions regarding your return or replacement.
